Dear Chinahotels.net Team
Yes, your service provided the reservations as promised without any problems to speak of.
The Hotel in Qufu was the best. It was outstanding, marvelous even. Excellent all around. I would recommend it without question. The hotel staff generally was very courteous & friendly, providing excellent hotel services (access to computer room, laundry, directions about the city of Qufu & travel to Tai An, very helpful lessons coaching me how to pronounce Chinese words, even interesting channels on tv). The building was very recent, modern in design, but with tasteful allusions to the historic past of Qufu, and in the architectural details. I spent six nights there and was sorry to leave.

We are extremely satisfied with the service with Chinahotels.net Booking Center, despite the initial mixed up the double booking which was very quickly rectified. The booking was straightforward and secured. I have no hesitation in using your booking again in future.
The Rendezvous Baohong Hotel is new and is very good value for money for the location at this time of the year. Your room rates for this hotel are the best on the internet. The hotel accommodation and staffs including front desk manager exceed our expectations. The staffs are extremely helpful and highly professional. They are very honest too. My brother had his jacket dry-cleaned and his bundle of cash returned intact before it was cleaned. On another occasion, our room safe was not locked and we were immediately alerted when the housekeeper tidied the room. The breakfasts were fresh and good, and of good variety of both Chinese and Western types. Overall, a very neat and tidy hotel, and highly recommended for those who want to stay near the city center or seek an excellent alternative to Yalong Bay.

I stayed at Hotel Equatorial Shanghai while on a study abroad trip with a group from my university.
This is a solid 4 star hotel, with all that entails. The only negative I can think of is that there are no real restaurants within walking distance. The location is not the best. I personally prefer to be in a center of sorts where I can walk to a restaurant and bar and stumble home after a long day.
The lobby is nice and grand. Breakfast is good. The room is clean, nice and a decent size. Bathroom is fine with hansgrohe fixtures which I respect since I have them at home. The beds are very comfortable with fluffy down comforters. They are on the narrow side. Our room has 2 twin beds. The decor is asian contemporary. We have expansive floor to ceiling windows which afford us a fabulous view of the city. Room 1112 has a great view.
The hotel has a spa which we will partake of later today. It is very reasonably priced. It also has a pool, small jacuzzi, steam and sauna. They give us free bottles of h2o daily. We have to pay for the internet in the hotel, although it was advertised to be free.
