I am fully satisfied with Chinahotels.net service which is prompt, fast and friendly.Also, I am very happy with Garden City. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable, clean and safe. There is the Carefour Supermarket and cinema next door and there is a tour desk at the ground floor. I will stay at this hotel every time I am in Chengdu.

Service provided by chinahotels.net was excellent. The confirmation n booking were prompt and efficient. However, the Horanton is a bit too far from the train station and there is no direct bus or transport to the mtr and shopping area. furthermore, the hotel looks a bit old and run down. Bell boy was very helpful but the reception staffs were a bit unfriendly. If you love seafood and spa, there are quite a few big and grand looking seafood restaurants and spa centres along the hotels stretch. (Horaton Hotel Shenzhen)

I was in this Hotel from 30th Apr. till 10th May. 我们一家三口入住了王府饭店家庭套房，房间空间很大，一厅二室，是很具当地特色的别墅。房间空调使用性能高，淋浴也很舒服，总体感觉很好！饭店餐厅菜品很好，价格也很合理，只是还需再加强服务员的服务意识。饭店洛克咖啡酒吧里的环境很优雅，值得一提的是咖啡屋的卡布其诺很cool！下次还会选择王府！

The Hotel in Qufu was the best. It was outstanding, marvelous even. Excellent all around. I would recommend it without question. The hotel staff generally was very courteous & friendly, providing excellent hotel services (access to computer room, laundry, directions about the city of Qufu & travel to Tai An, very helpful lessons coaching me how to pronounce Chinese words, even interesting channels on tv). The building was very recent, modern in design, but with tasteful allusions to the historic past of Qufu, and in the architectural details. I spent six nights there and was sorry to leave.
