通常酒店入住時間為下午2點，退房時間為中午12點。提早入住將視酒店房況而定。推遲退房酒店將收取半天或一天房費。
如在訂單上沒有特別說明，酒店規定客房預定一般保留至18︰00，過時不予保留。對于18︰00以後的預訂，酒店要求提供客人的聯系電話作為擔保。

First of all the restaurant lounge was the coldest place I have ever been to - You suppose to take care of if and state some heating in restaurant lounge. Second thing is non-english reception service. When I was leaving I couldn`t communicate with receptionist what was very stressfull for me. Her knowledge of english was less than poor. If the Hotel wants to be an international one, front desk employees must be english speaking. Third thing is the breakfast: I respect that chinese cuisine is very specific but there suppose to be some choice of wester food for breakfast - my stomach couldn`t accept offered dishes. The only dish I could eat was steamed dumplings with meat filling and rice. I do suggest to offer to western customers simple breakfast dishes as i.e.: scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, yellow cheese, jam. All these things are easy to make and are available in China. In conclusion: hotel standard was ok, I have enjoyed my stay in China - however this was business trip so had no time for sight seeing. Anyway I would recommend the hotel for others western guests.
